My heart breaks for Robert Morris and his family. I am praying for him, his family, the elders, the other leadership and staff. It is my prayer that God gets the praise for only He can redeem this mess. I am familiar with the many variables that contribute to a messy situation. It is not as linear as people think. We don’t understand God’s ways, but are only called to remain faithful. In my mess, I hang on😅to these words after Jesus said one must eat of his flesh and drink his bloody 😣- which makes no sense whatever. John 6:68 to whom shall we go (Jesus). you ( alone) have the words of life.

Why do we need to know that?

I feel that people do not want to face the truth. They want the problem to just go away. Blame the victim, it was so long ago, forgive and forget. This man who was supposed to be a follower of Christ was a child molester who hid this fact from his church family. Lived a lie and preached to others about their need to come to Christ. Yes God will forgive but only with true repentance. Even when God forgives there are always consequences resulting from that sin. Look at David in the Bible the death of the child, the devastation within his family with strive, rebellion etc. He was not allowed to build the temple.

The Bible speaks of much is given, and much is required! Whatever role in Leadership God places His people, it's to Glorify Our Savior. To walk in His Image and His likeness is the PRIVILEGE AND HONOR TO MODEL WHO HE IS IN OUR LIVES🙌 I'm thankful to Our Lord for EXPOSING the darkness and bringing it all to His Light🔥 That tells Us the END is closer than most people think it is👑🔥❤️👏🙌🙏

To those who want to look down on Pastor Morris I would encourage you to read the failure of King David , known as the man after God's on heart , is one sin different than another. David failed miserably when he looked on Bathsheba , an adulter , a murder , and yet he repented and God still used him. Pastor Robert Morris you are loved and your sins have been cast as far as the east is from the west. If we are imitators of Christ we would forgive you just as we have been forgiven. We love you and will continue to pray for you and your family and pray for all the families involved. ❤❤❤

All morris needs is Jesus right now like the whole world probably knows about it by now. Since he’s known, Everywhere he goes everyone probably gonna recognize him. His wife, family are probably struck and don’t know how to handle it but hopefully there’s forgiveness. Should he have told the whole story yes! Should he have stepped down long ago yes. But I can’t speak on it cuz idk how many lives he changed after his mischief years later. Who knows God probably let him continue and then when the time was right he put a stop to it. God can use anyone for his glory, and can turn evil for something good. I get why he said a young lady cuz if he would’ve said 12 . Yes back then he would’ve went to jail. He should’ve went to Cindy long ago and ask for forgiveness again. Right now if he repents for years of lying and his scandal God will hear him and forgive him. No sin is too great for God. The only sin that you can’t be forgiven is blasphemy of the Holy Ghost. Bomb a building full of people, rape 100s of people, steal something, abort a baby, and others. If you repent with all your heart sincerely God will forgive you. I feel like since his secret is out he should repent to God first and the the church and the elders on broadcast and after that don’t preach again unless it’s Gods will or God has other plans for him. Right now he just needs to live his life with Christ and if the world still hates him that’s the world problem because like the Bible said , it’s about the approval of God and not man. Ask for forgiveness and move on and live for Christ. If he apologizes to Cindy ( now I don’t know if she forgave him or not but she probably did) and Cindy did not forgive him it’s her problem but as long as Robert repents it’s all good in God’s sight. I hear a lot of weird stuff going on in mega churches even though I went to one. Soft preaching , prosperity preaching, not preaching against sin, picking and choosing Bible verse to please the people, money hungry. Anyways like the Bible says the one without sin let him cast the first stone.” We’re all sinners at the end of the day and need Christ blood. We have a merciful God that forgives. Example: two people man and woman. Let’s say the man kills and rape hundreds of women ( now mind you the man does not know God and never was introduced to God) now when he finds Jesus he thinks about the actions while he’s In jail and his heart churns and ask God for forgiveness and repents and he was executed . That man will go into heaven by God’s grace. Now the woman let’s say she’s a believer but of the world, she’s a lukewarm but goes to church. She got married and cheats on her husband and commits adultery. And never repents and die without God, she will be damned. The world will say the woman sin wasn’t even that big and that the killer rapist was the worst and deserves hell, but God looks at the heart and see if there’s any repentance. It could be the other way around too, if the man didn’t repent he is damned and if the woman repents she is saved. This was an example on how no sin is above God. Hopefully the old man seeks Jesus if he hasn’t already.

Gateway- there are many people praying for you all. Let God be glorified at all times. He is STILL worthy & King on the throne. I pray for every individual especially those new to the faith! Let this not be a reason to walk away from God… I pray over your heart and your mind, I speak peace and clarity into existence… that the Holy Spirit saturate you all!

The church officials failed God’s word when they allowed Robert Morris to become pastor. He was supposed to be a Christian when he sinned. Should he have been forgiven, of course. But the Bible states requirements for becoming the leader of a church and he no longer met those requirements. But they ignored the Word and this is the results. Forgiveness is correct and right but he should have not been allowed in such a leadership position.
